pumpkin day かぼちゃの日

we went to pumpkin picking for halloween. american pumpkins are so orange! did you know that japanese pumpkins are deep green? anyway, the pumpkin field was a perfect place to run around. just thinking about pumpkins growing there made me slobber.

outside of the filed, there was this "photo opportunity" panel. i was somehow scared of sticking out my face, so i tried to push the panel away with my full strength. that's why i look so serious!

ハロウィーンにちなんで、かぼちゃ刈りに行ってきたがねー。アメリカのかぼちゃはオレンジ色なんだに。日本のかぼちゃは深緑色だから全然違うんだなも。味もかなり違うんだに。さーすがぼくは違いのわかる犬だなも。かぼちゃ畑は広くて、走り回るのにぴったりだったに。ここでかぼちゃが育つのかーって考えただけでよだれがでてまうがねー。

かぼちゃ畑の外には、記念写真用の顔ハメ板があったに。それがなんでか知らんけど怖かったなも。だから力一杯足を伸ばして顔を出さんようにしたんだに。だからこんなに真剣な顔になってまった。かぼちゃマジックかもしれんねー。

as i mentioned many times, i love swimming. so, whenever i see water, i have to get in. my parents say that my face changes when i'm in the water action. i become a wild man!

i played with some bigger dogs at the lake. i wanted to have a swimming competition, but my mom told me not to because i didn't have my special life jacket. i tried to convince her that i'm okay... look, i can float with this stick!

前にも言ったけど、ぼくは泳ぐのがでら好きなんだにー。だから、水を見ると飛び込みたくなってまうんだに。水遊びしとるときのぼくは顔が違うってアーロンもアヤコも言っとったがね。うーん、ワイルド。

湖ではぼくよりでっかい犬と遊んだ。競泳したいと思ったけど、アヤコにだめだっていわれてまった。なんでー。ぼくが救命胴衣を持っとらんかったかららしい。なんとかアヤコを説得するために、自分よりずっと長い木の枝を持ち上げて見せたんだけど、説得は失敗に終わったんだに。この枝と一緒ならぷかぷか浮かんでちゃんと泳げると思ったのになもー。

i have been such a good boy - i haven't made any bathroom mistakes for a while. (knock knock on wood) but it happened... i did it again!

i was taking a very nice walk in a park with my parents and my girlfriend zoe and her parents. i knew i wanted to go to bathroom, so i was trying to find a perfect spot for my pooping. i found the spot, and i tried so hard to poop but it didn't come out. i didn't know why. i walked around in a pooping position for a while. then finally my poop came out... and we found something orange in it...

it was an ear plug! i must have eaten the ear plug the night before. i thought it was an orange candy, though. i think this plug was blocking my poop way. (isn't it a perfect shape to block?) ah, i feel much better now. dad, should i give this plug back to zoe's dad?

最近ぼくはでらいい子だったなもー。オシッコもウンチもちゃーんと外でしとるしね。でも事件は再び起こったのだ。きゃーーーー！

それはぼくがアーロンとアヤコと、ぼくのガールフレンドのゾーイとゾーイの家族と一緒に公園を散歩しとるときに起こったんだに。あー、なんかウンチしたいなも、と思って、ウンチするのにぴったりな場所を探しとったんだに。やっと満足のいく場所が見つかって、ウンチ体勢を取っとったんだけど、なかなか出てこんのだがねー。その体勢のまんま、しばらく歩き回って、やっと出てきたと思ったら、、、そこにはオレンジ色の物体が！

耳栓！耳栓がウンチの中にーーー！その前の夜に耳栓食べてまったんだねー。オレンジ色のお菓子かと思ったんだけど違ったみたいだなも。この耳栓がぼくのウンチ道をブロックしとったんだね。だからちょっと便秘っぽかったんだなも。あーすっきりした。みんなも耳栓なんて食べんようにねー。ところでこの耳栓、ゾーイのお父さんに返さないかんよねー？

my dad rocks アーロンすごいー

we went to the RISD alumni day over the weekend. my dad did the new map for this school. so cool! and i will tell you a little secret. i'm somewhere on this map! yaaaay!

so i really felt like the king of the world, so i went to patrol the town. when i pull, i'm very strong. i just wanted to walk fast to discover new things. at the alumni shopping section, i found these monsters. see, i told you that i have to go there quick to catch them!

週末の話の続きだにー。プロヴィデンスにいったのは、アーロンの大学の卒業生イベントに行くためだったんだに。アーロンはこのイベントのために新しい地図を作ったでねー。でらかっちょいいがねー。しかも、この地図にはちょっとした秘密があるんだに。なんと！ぼくがこの地図のどこかに隠されとるんだに。さーてぼくはどこにおるでしょう？

そういうわけで、さらに王様気分が高まったで、街を探検しに出かけた。ぼくが急いで歩くときは力強いでねー。もっと新しいものを発見したくて、でら急いで歩いたんだに。そしてそこで怪獣に出会ったんだに。ほーらね、早く行って怪獣を捕まえよって言っただらー？

hotel life ホテル暮らし

over the weekend, i stayed in a hotel in providence, rhode island, for the first time in my life. it was so nice. what i love about the hotel is the carpet! carpet is such a wonderful thing... i can run faster and jump higher. so i asked my parents to carpet our entire apartment.

and this hotel gave me a heavenly dog bed! i feel like the kind of the world now! also they gave me 2 dog bowls for water and food with a cute mat. ahhhh, heavenly hotel life!

この週末、ロードアイランドのプロヴィデンスというところでホテル暮らしを初体験したんだにー。ホテルってでーらいいいとこだがね！なにがいいって、じゅうたんだに、じゅうたん！じゅうたんのおかげでいつもより速く走れるし、高くジャンプもできるんだに。まさに魔法の絨毯だなも。あんまり気に入ったで、アーロンとあやこに、家中にじゅうたん敷いてーって頼んだんだに。

しかもこのホテルはぼくのために「夢心地な犬用ベッド」を用意してくれとったんだに。でらすごいー。王様にでもなった気分でないのー。さらに、ちゃーんとお水とごはん用のボウルとマットも持ってきてくれたに。いいサービスだがねー。我ながら贅沢しとらっせるねー。あああー、夢心地のホテル暮らしだなも！
