my dad is in a co-ed softball team "pigeons." i went to see the game tonight at east river park with mom after her work. this was my first time watching the game. it was so much fun, so i want to nominate myself as a mascot of the pigeons. (i know i am not a pigeon, but i love chasing them. so it makes sense to me.) melissa sat next to me and rubbed me so well. that was a nice bonus of going all the way to the east river park. (it's a far walk for my short legs.)
i love the catcher's mask. i want one. i can catch balls so well. maybe i should be a sub catcher for the pigeos.
well, the pigeons lost 4-7. but it was so nice to be outside and it was such a nice evening. i also love the view from the field. i want to come to see every game from now on. i want to wear a pigeons shirt. i think i deserve it because i was such a good boy hiding in a bag in the mexican restaurant we went after the game.

アーロンはピジョンズっていう名前の、男女混合ソフトボールチームに入っとるのだ。もう９年目なんだってー。アヤコの仕事のあとで、イーストリバー公園にある野球場まで一緒に試合を見に行って来た。初めて見に行ったけど、なかなか楽しかったがねー。ピジョンズのチームキャラクターかなんかに立候補しよかねー。（ピジョンズってハトのことだけど、ぼくはハトを追いかけるのが好きだから、そのつながりでいいんでないのー？）アヤコの友達のメリッサが隣にすわってずーっとぼくを撫でてくれたのもうれしかったなもー。はるばるイーストリバー公園まで行ったかいがあったってもんだがね。（ぼくの短い足にはでらながーい距離なんだに。）キャッチャーのマスクも気に入ったがねー。犬用のもあったらほしいがね。ぼく、キャッチボール得意だでね、キャッチャーがおらんときはかわりにプレーできるに。
結局ピジョンズは4対７で負けてまったけど、天気のいい夕方にみんなで外におるのは楽しかったなもー。球場からのマンハッタン橋の眺めもいいがねー。これからは毎試合見に行きてゃーね。ピジョンズのTシャツも欲しいしー。帰りにごはんを食べに行ったメキシコ料理屋さんでおとなしくかばんの中に隠れとってあげたんだから、それくらい請求してもいいんでないのー？
